About the Role

The ITSupportSpecialist is responsible forthe day-to-day operation of LINKVIVA s workplace technology across offices and project sites.

This role spans end-user support, cloud and collaboration platforms, Apple and Windows device management, networks, storage, telephony, security systems and IT lifecycle hands-on, customer-focused and security-minded; equally comfortable resolving user issues and maintaining core systems.

What Youll Do

End User & Workplace Technology Support

  • Provide end-to-end desktop support for Windows and macOS including setup, troubleshooting, performance optimization, software installation and peripheral support.
  • Support meeting rooms and collaboration technology including AV systems Barco ClickShare conferencing tools, sound systems, printers (including A0) and shared devices.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and workspaces are always meeting ready.

Device & User Lifecycle Management

  • Manage Apple ecosystem devices (iOS & macOS) using Apple Business Manager and Intune MDM.
  • Execute secure onboarding and offboarding including access provisioning, device issuance, recovery and decommissioning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and approvals across all lifecycle stages.

Cloud & Collaboration Platforms

  • Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online user accounts, security settings, conditional access and email policies.
  • Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, document libraries and knowledge bases ensuring governance and usability standards.

Voice Network & Infrastructure

  • Administer Yeastar PBX systems including extensions, call routing, voicemail rules upgrades and troubleshooting.
  • Operate and maintain Ubiquiti (UniFi) network environments including Wi-Fi, switches, gateways, VLANs and guest networks.
  • Manage Synology NAS storage, backups, access permissions and security configurations.
  • Oversee Hikvision CCTV and physical security systems coordinating vendors when required.

Assets Licensing & Governance

  • Manage IT assets in Odoo ensuring accurate tracking, audits and lifecycle reporting.
  • Govern IT studio and office equipment from procurement to decommissioning.
  • Administer creative and business software subscriptions ensuring compliance, cost control and renewal planning.

Security Documentation & Best Practice

  • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge base articles and architecture documentation.
  • Enforce security standards including least-privilege access, device encryption, patching and endpoint protection.
  • Follow change, incident and problem management processes including RCA documentation for major incidents.

What You Need to Apply

36 years experience across service desk and systems administration

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra/Azure AD basics, SharePoint)

Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and Intune MDM

Working knowledge of Ubiquiti networks, Synology NAS and IP-based CCTV systems

Experience with asset management systems (Odoo preferred)

Understanding of PBX / VoIP fundamentals (Yeastar or similar)

Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Based in the UAE with full working rights
