About the Role
The ITSupportSpecialist is responsible forthe day-to-day operation of LINKVIVA s workplace technology across offices and project sites.
This role spans end-user support, cloud and collaboration platforms, Apple and Windows device management, networks, storage, telephony, security systems and IT lifecycle hands-on, customer-focused and security-minded; equally comfortable resolving user issues and maintaining core systems.

What You Need to Apply
36 years experience across service desk and systems administration
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra/Azure AD basics, SharePoint)
Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and Intune MDM
Working knowledge of Ubiquiti networks, Synology NAS and IP-based CCTV systems
Experience with asset management systems (Odoo preferred)
Understanding of PBX / VoIP fundamentals (Yeastar or similar)
Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Based in the UAE with full working rights
