Overview

The Role We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of technology and customer-service orientation, dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our IT systems. You will be the primary point of contact for employee technical support issues, ranging from software installations to hardware troubleshooting. Success in this role requires a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a relentless pursuit of improving IT solutions. You will be enhancing user experiences and reducing downtime by maintaining and managing IT infrastructure while providing solutions that align with company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the day-to-day support and troubleshooting of all in-house software and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner to maintain operational efficiency
  • Document all support requests and outcomes within our system
  • Set up and configure computers, printers, and other peripheral devices
  • Offer user training and guidance on software applications and IT policies
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends in technology and support practices
  • Assist in IT projects and initiatives required for company improvements
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Willing to perform admin task such as procurement of IT related request, preparation of work permits and other documents that will be required.
  • Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.
  • Willing to work on-call to support with retail stores
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, or relevant fields
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
  • Background on ERP, POS and other software related to retail will be an advantage
  • Proficient knowledge of PC Hardware, software applications, and network systems
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
