Job Description


Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai . This role is vital in maintaining the efficiency and security of our IT systems, ensuring seamless technology support for all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using Windows Active Directory.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery protocols are up to date.
• Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and security patches.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of internal applications and software.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and problem resolutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and support services when required.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT tools and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or system administration (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and networking protocols.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and backup systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
