Renewal Management
- Track upcoming renewals using ERP/ CRM tools.
- Prepare and send renewal quotes.
- Coordinate with Account Managers or Sales Executives to close renewals in time.
- Ensure on-time contract renewal to avoid service interruptions.
Customer Communication
- Serve as the point of contact for basic renewal-related queries.
- Work with customers to address pricing contract terms or minor concerns.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on renewal terms and timelines.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/ CRM (like MS CRM/ Inhouse Systems).
- Report on renewal pipeline closed renewals and churn metrics.
- Maintain and Update the renewal data in Internal Tool
Vendor Management
- Work along with OEM and Distribution team as and when required
- Upfront Renewal tracking with Partner and Submission along with Sales team part
- Strong Communication Skills Tool understanding likes of Microsoft CRM/ MS Office Good Team Player
