Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
• Familiarity with banking systems such as Core Banking, Internet/Mobile Banking, Payments, or Cards.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent documentation and reporting ability.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Understanding of IT governance and risk management in the banking sector.
• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities effectively.
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
