Job summary

A leading restaurant in Dubai is seeking an organized Inventory Staff member to manage and control stock effectively. You will be responsible for receiving, checking, and maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring a smooth supply operation. The ideal candidate has experience in inventory management, basic computer skills, and knowledge of food safety standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Only applicants currently residing in the UAE will be considered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant inventory or storekeeping preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of food safety and storage standards is a must.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming restaurant supplies.
• Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and kitchen items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of stock (FIFO).
• Report shortages, damages, or expired items.
• Assist in stock audits and monthly inventory checks.
