Inventory Controller – Dubai, UAE

We are currently hiring an Inventory Controller to support daily stock management and warehouse operations in Dubai. This role requires someone who is detail-focused, practical, and comfortable working closely with warehouse and operations teams to keep inventory records accurate and up to date.

If you have hands‑on experience managing stock, tracking movements, and resolving inventory issues, this position offers a stable work environment with long‑term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overstock situations
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile differences
  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams
  • Prepare inventory reports for internal review
  • Ensure inventory procedures are followed correctly
  • Identify damaged, slow‑moving, or obsolete items
  • Support internal audits and stock verification activities
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
  • Good working knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills in English
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics-based environments
  • Familiarity with ERP or stock management software
