A leading global manufacturer in Dubai is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating senior management meetings, and overseeing internal communications. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a university degree in Business Administration. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of German or Arabic is advantageous. This position offers an opportunity to engage with executive-level leadership and contribute to organizational success.
In this role, you will provide high‑level executive support to the President & CEO, ensuring effective prioritization, seamless coordination, and professional handling of all executive matters. You will oversee day‑to‑day administration of the CEO Office and support internal communication activities to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely information flow across the organization.
Coordinate personal administrative tasks for the executive, including appointments, documentation, service provider interactions, and confidential matters when requested.
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
