Job summary

A leading design company is seeking a talented Interior Designer / Draftsman to specialize in residential villa renovations and new-build projects. The ideal candidate will have solid skills in AutoCAD drafting, joinery detailing, and CGI/3D visualization. Responsibilities include producing detailed AutoCAD drawings and supporting concepts with CGI visuals. Strong proficiency in 3D visualization tools and good communication skills are essential. The position is based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior fitout specifically on villa projects.

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer / Draftsman to join our team specializing in residential villa renovations and new-build projects. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in AutoCAD drafting joinery detailing and CGI/3D visualization with the ability to translate concepts into clear buildable drawings for site execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings including plans elevations sections RCPs and joinery/shop drawings.
• Support concepts with CGI visuals using 3D software (SketchUp 3ds Max VRay/Corona or similar).
• Develop layouts and material selections for residential interiors.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure drawings align with renovation requirements.
• Prepare joinery details suitable for production and installation.
