Interior Designer Fit‑Out

Overview

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Interior Designer with solid experience in the fit‑out industry preferably with a proven record of continuous service in the same company. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design concepts, detailing material selection and coordination for interior projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts and layouts based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visuals and material boards for presentation and approval.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams and procurement departments to ensure accurate execution of design.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture and lighting.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and compliance with approved drawings.
• Work closely with clients for design presentations and approvals.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of design packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in interior fit‑out design.
• Must have at least 4 years of continuous experience in the same company (to show stability and commitment).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Good understanding of materials, joinery details and MEP coordination.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

• Experience in UAE fit‑out projects.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and approval procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
