Instrument Technician vacancy in Dubai UAE

Instrument Technician - Dubai

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various instruments and equipment used in industrial, commercial, or scientific processes. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure that all instruments are functioning correctly and accurately. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, calibrate, repair, and troubleshoot various instruments such as gauges, meters, analyzers, controllers, and transmitters.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics to diagnose problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all instruments are in proper working order.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a scheduled basis.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
• Experience with a wide range of instruments including pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, etc.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and circuits.
• Familiarity with different types of control systems (e.g. pneumatic, electronic).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.

Salary:

The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
