2. Job Purpose

The ProbTech & Innovation Specialist will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements identifying opportunities for innovative solutions and developing strategies to enhance business performance. This role involves conducting market research preparing use cases and business plans and bringing the latest industry trends and insights to support strategic decisionmaking. The specialist will also collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement digital transformation initiatives emerging technologies and process improvements.

4. Key Accountabilities
  • Analyze business challenges market needs and operational inefficiencies to propose innovative technology driven solutions.
  • Research and evaluate new business models disruptive technologies and competitive landscape to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze emerging trends technologies and global best practices relevant to the industry.
  • Provide insights and reports on AI blockchain digital twins PropTech and other advanced technologies that can drive business value.
  • Work closely with startups research institutions and innovation hubs to explore new opportunities.
  • Develop business use cases feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed innovations.
  • Prepare business plans ROI analysis and strategic roadmaps for new projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT product development and operations teams to define solution requirements prototypes and proof of concepts.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative problem solving.
  • Prepare and present innovation proposals research findings and strategic insights to senior management.
  • Lead crossfunctional project teams to pilot and scale new initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation projects and digital initiatives.

7. Qualifications, Experiences, Skills
7.1 Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/ Digital Transformation / Innovation Management.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation market understanding and strategic management.
  • Experience in real estate PropTech fintech or technology driven industries is a plus.
7.2 Minimum Experience (number of years)
  • 5 Years of experience along with Degree in Technology or Innovation Experience in Information Technology Technology Innovation or other related fields.
  • Past work experience in projects of innovation technology such as AI Metaverse XR/VR or enterprise blockchain/digital wallets/NFT/Robotics / Tokenization technologies is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in business modeling market analysis and use case development.
