Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience preferably in the UAE.
• Strong background in infrastructure drafting within a contracting company.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other drafting software.
• Knowledge of roadworks utilities sewerage and stormwater systems.
• Familiarity with municipal regulations and authority approvals.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and asbuilt drawings for infrastructure projects including roads drainage utilities and earthworks.
• Ensure drawings comply with local authorities standards (e.g. Dubai Municipality RTA ADDC).
• Coordinate with engineers site teams and consultants to clarify drawing requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create accurate drawings.
• Revise drawings based on engineer and client feedback.
• Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
