Qualifications

  • 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience in professional services, real estate, finance, or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple roles under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to negotiate offers effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for 10–15 hires per month across various roles.
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Partner with department leads to refine job descriptions.
  • Represent the company and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
