MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide effective human resources support and guidance to the allocated business unit to ensure the achievement of company objectives

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Support and guide the management of employee relations in the workplace (discipline and grievances)

Provide general operational support to the team in the HR department, including ERP related administrative functions

Manange the effective onboarding and offboarding processes and related queries

Support and guide the team with visa and license administrative respronsibilities

Actively participate and support the recruitment and selection process

Monitor and guide the Physician credentialing process for the business unit

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years' relevant experience in a human resources related environment

Training and development will be provided to qualifying UAE Nationals with no relevant work experience

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Application of project management principles
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) and skilled in the use of spreadsheet analysis techniques
  • Financial management principles
