Position Overview:

We are seeking for an HR manager to support our team

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IS MANDATORY
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Dubai
  • Optimistic mindset with a high level of empathy.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English at an intermediate level or higher.
  • Current residency in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law and payroll
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for brokers and administrative roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Coordinate visa processing, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
  • Oversee probation reviews, evaluations, and development plans.
  • Conduct HR reporting, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination.
  • Partner with management to improve team performance and retention.
  • Organize internal trainings, team-building, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive and productive work environment aligned with company culture
