Key Responsibilities
  • Manpower planning and recruitment for factory workers, engineers, supervisors, and staff
  • Attendance, timekeeping, leave control, overtime monitoring, and disciplinary actions
  • Performance management, KPI tracking, appraisals, and performance-linked increments
  • Payroll coordination, allowances, and manpower cost control (with Finance)
  • Full compliance with UAE Labor Law, visas, WPS, contracts, gratuity, and terminations
  • HR policies, SOPs, employee records, and HR system/ERP data accuracy
  • Employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in industrial settings
  • Training coordination and internal capability development
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-15 years HR experience, minimum 7 years in manufacturing / construction / industrial sectors
  • Hands‑on experience managing large blue‑collar workforces (500+ employees)
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Experience in owner‑driven / family‑run businesses preferred
  • Assertive, structured, shop‑floor comfortable, and documentation‑driven
