Job summary

A leading electromechanical contracting firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced HSE Officer for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across project sites. Responsibilities include implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and coordinating safety training. A Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, 2–4 years of experience, and NEBOSH IGC certification are required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in MEP / Construction.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws and regulations.
• Prepare HSE reports and incident investigations.
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment.
