A prestigious educational institution in Dubai is seeking a candidate to manage pension processes for UAE National employees and support HR services. The role includes preparing necessary applications, assisting with security clearance procedures, and resolving employee inquiries. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree and have at least two years of relevant experience. The incumbent will be mainly responsible for the UAE and GCC national employees pension process and support in the delivery of HR Services at Zayed University ensuring the Universitys benefits packages and related policies are applied in accordance with the policy procedures and regulations. Moreover the job holder is responsible for providing quality customer service and achieving the service level agreement.
Must possess a Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
