A leading automotive company in Dubai is seeking an Administrative Support professional to assist the Employee Shared Services team with onboarding and offboarding processes. The role includes managing documentation, facilitating visa and Emirates ID formalities, and ensuring compliance with internal audit requirements. A graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience is preferred. This position offers a great opportunity to develop administrative skills in a dynamic environment.
To provide all the necessary administrative support to the Employee Shared Services (ESS) team in On boarding / Off boarding/ Personnel / Labour and Visa matters (as applicable/ assigned) so that the required coordination and documentation incidental to these activities are carried out within the process time lines and standards
