A Leading Educational Center in Dubai is looking to hire a Bilingual Human Resources Manager (Speaks Arabic and English) with the following details :

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing high volume of daily recruitment calls and short listing of candidates.
  2. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the candidates.
  3. Document control and management.
  4. Coordinating and issuing healthみに insurance for new joiners.
  5. Skill testing and assessments for potential candidates.
  6. On-boarding for hired employees.
  7. Maintaining the checklist of employees development plan.
  8. Collaborate with other team members and departments as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
  9. Support with procurement tasks.
  10. Monitor attendance and revise HR thần reports generated by the system.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter.
