Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and compliance.
• Manage employee services ensuring prompt handling of requests.
• Identify and implement process improvements in HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
• Manage HR Information Systems ensuring data accuracy.
• Support employees with HR policies and resolutions.
• Coordinate with payroll, recruitment, and talent management teams.
• Prepare and analyze HR operational reports for insights.
