Overview

Marine Capabilities (Marcap) LLC is looking for a dedicated HR Officer - Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, leave management, payroll, compensation & benefits, training and compliance. This role is vital in supporting our mission to foster a positive workplace culture and maximise employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate employee performance management processes including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR C&B policies.
  • Manage employee leave records and prepare payroll.
  • Facilitate employee trainings and development initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits and workplace issues.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and development.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends in the industry.
  • Produce weekly and monthly management reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
