HR Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Officer with excellent expertise across all core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing HR operational tasks including employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, leave and attendance tracking, personnel records maintenance, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. A key responsibility will also include the efficient handling of the MOL portal, ensuring all employee-related data and transactions are accurately processed in line with regulatory requirements. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of HR processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Experience with HR systems and portals, especially in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, is essential.
