Job summary

A recruiting firm based in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the complete recruitment cycle. The role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as maintaining recruitment trackers and collaborating with department heads. Ideal candidates should have 3-4 years of hardcore recruitment experience and strong sourcing skills. Knowledge of UAE hiring practices is a plus.
