Job summary

A leading Medical Device company is seeking an HR Manager for their Dubai office. The successful candidate will oversee HR policies, manage employee benefits, and provide HR guidance in compliance with UAE labor law. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, alongside a minimum of 3 years HR experience in the UAE and 2 years in Europe. Strong knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices is required. This position offers a monthly salary of up to 17,000 AED.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years HR experience in the UAE, preferably within free zones.
  • Minimum 2 years HR experience in Europe.
  • Proven experience managing annual bonus schemes and employee benefits programs.

A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting an HR Manager for their Dubai office.

Salary up to 17,000 AED per month.

  • Oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance in line with UAE labour law and free zone regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits, rewards, and lifecycle activities across the organisation.
  • Provide HR guidance to management on compliance, performance, and employee relations.
  • Support workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and consistent application of HR practices.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise on potential business impact.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years HR experience in the UAE, preferably within freezones.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years HR experience in Europe.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR best practices, and freezone regulations.
