Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Dubai seeks a Senior HR Manager to oversee recruitment and HR functions for project management and site personnel. The role requires a Bachelor's degree along with 5–7 years of HR experience, ideally in architecture or engineering sectors. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and excellent communication skills are essential. You will be responsible for onboarding, visa processing, and providing HR support on-site. Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for project management and site personnel
  • Handle onboarding, mobilization, and HR documentation for new hires
  • Coordinate UAE visa processing, renewals, and government portal submissions
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, leave management, and payroll support
  • Provide guidance on UAE labor laws, company policies, and compliance requirements
  • Support HR activities on-site, including site visits, attendance, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
  • Work closely with project leadership to ensure staffing needs are met throughout construction phases
  • Implement HR processes, performance tracking, and employee relations support
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure all administrative procedures are followed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably within architecture, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa and immigration procedures, and HR compliance
  • Experience handling HR operations for on-site teams is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and start immediately
