Job summary

A leading human resources firm in Dubai is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to enhance employee training and development programs. You will assess training needs, design effective programs, and monitor their effectiveness. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally in the FMCG sector. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess training and development needs across departments
  • Design and deliver effective training programs (onboarding, technical, soft skills, leadership, etc.)
  • Manage the full L&D cycle — from needs analysis to evaluation
  • Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions
  • Monitor and track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools
  • Organize workshops, e-learning, seminars, and external training sessions
  • Maintain and update training records, calendars, and budgets
  • Promote continuous learning and career development initiatives
  • Stay up to date with L&D trends, best practices, and tools
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (L&D certifications a plus)
  • 3–6 years’ experience in HR or L&D, preferably in the FMCG sector
