We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Head to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions within a healthcare services environment. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, building a strong workforce, and fostering a high-performance, patient-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective service delivery across all HR functions.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Oversee recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Ensure timely hiring of qualified healthcare professionals and support staff.
  • Develop workforce plans to meet operational and growth requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Address employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly and consistently.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
Performance Management & Development
  • Design and manage performance management frameworks and appraisal systems.
  • Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight
  • Oversee compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll processes.
  • Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness in remuneration practices.
  • Manage annual salary reviews, incentives, and benefits administration.
Compliance & HR Governance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Lead HR audits and ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.
Policies, Processes & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Improve HR processes, systems, and reporting for operational efficiency.
  • Leverage HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Masters degree or HR professional certification is preferred.
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with senior leadership exposure.
  • Experience within healthcare or regulated service industries is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
