Come and write a page in the history of Rixos by being part of the amazing team! The Housekeeping Team Leader will oversee the housekeeping team ensuring our spaces are always sparkling welcoming and ready for our guests and community.

Job responsibilities

Lead by example providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests and ensuring a positive image of the establishment through your attitude and professionalism.

Guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.

Train motivate and supervise the housekeeping team ensuring compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Manage daily schedules room assignments and inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.

Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback turning every interaction into a positive experience.

Ensure strict adherence to health safety and hygiene regulations.

Contribute to achieving set targets in terms of guest satisfaction efficiency and cost control.
