Based at the Emirates palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi within the Food & Beverage Department, the Housekeeping Order taker is responsible for preparing all paperwork for the Housekeeping Department, answering telephones and dispatching work to personnel to meet the guest requirements, monitoring room statuses via Opera system. The Housekeeping Order taker reports to the Housekeeping Manager.
