As a Housekeeping Attendant you will play a key role in maintaining an immaculate and welcoming environment ensuring that every area of the property from guest rooms to public spaces reflects the highest standards of cleanliness, order and discreet service. Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, suites and public areas to an impeccable standard following company protocols and guest preferences.
• Change bed linens, replace towels and replenish guest amenities as required ensuring all items are presented neatly and appropriately.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage in guest rooms or public areas to the relevant department ensuring prompt resolution.
• Handle laundry, ironing and wardrobe arrangements for guests and residents respecting personal belongings and privacy at all times.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and storage areas are hygienically maintained and securely stored.
• Adhere to health, hygiene and safety procedures at all times for the wellbeing of guests, residents and colleagues.
• Support colleagues in setting up guest rooms and public areas for special requests or events following detailed instructions and luxury service standards.
• Manage guest lost property and belongings respectfully following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Skills and Qualities for an Exceptional Housekeeping Attendant
• Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning or property maintenance is an advantage; full training will be provided for enthusiastic candidates with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Discreet, trustworthy and respectful of guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to cooperate with team members and other departments.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to handle manual tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Reliable, punctual and organised approach to work with pride in delivering consistent and outstanding results.
