Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobbies, elevators, and public areas.
  • Restock and replenish all guest amenities, linens, towels, and cleaning supplies in a timely and organized manner.
  • Follow standardized cleaning procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or equipment malfunctions promptly to the supervisor or housekeeping manager.
  • Handle and dispose of waste and hazardous materials according to environmental and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning tools, chemicals, and supplies.
  • Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including carpet shampooing, window cleaning, and upholstery care as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet cleaning targets and support peak occupancy periods.
  • Adhere to all company policies, hygiene standards, and guest confidentiality protocols.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and discretion when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning within a hospitality environment (hotels, resorts, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in using standard cleaning equipment and chemical products safely and effectively.
  • Basic understanding of health, safety, and sanitation practices in hospitality settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid work permit and residency visa (sponsorship provided for eligible candidates).
  • Nationality : Preference given to candidates from Nepal, Indonesia, or the Philippines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for basic reporting or inventory tracking (desirable).
  • Basic knowledge of SAP NetWeaver AS or other accounting systems (desirable, for administrative support roles within housekeeping).
  • Experience in accounts receivable or administrative tasks (desirable, for multi‑role assignments).
