Job summary

A leading hotel group in Dubai is seeking a proactive I.T Coordinator to support and maintain hotel information technology systems. You will provide daily IT support, ensure network connectivity, and manage system backups. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of hotel IT systems. This role requires troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset to ensure excellent guest experiences. Additional language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel IT systems including PMS and POS.
• Basic networking knowledge of LAN/WAN and routers.

Responsibilities
