Job Description
Role Purpose

The Hostess will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a gracious farewell. This role is based in Ras Al Khaimah and requires a polished, professional, and guest-focused individual who can manage reservations, seating, and guest relations with ease.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
  • Welcome guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude.
  • Manage reservations and walk‑ins efficiently, ensuring optimal seating flow.
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus when needed.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance with inquiries or requests.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues with tact and elevate when necessary.
Operational Duties
  • Manage the reservation system and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams regarding guest arrivals and special requests.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and aligned with RIKAS standards.
  • Assist with coordinating large bookings, special events, and VIP guests.
Standards & Compliance
  • Maintain professional grooming and appearance as per RIKAS standards.
  • Follow all operational, hygiene, and safety policies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the RIKAS spirit of hospitality at all times.
