Pegas Touristik LLC a leading outbound tour operator based in Dubai is seeking a Hotel Contracting Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing competitive rates building strong supplier networks and enhancing our global hotel offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate rates contracts and exclusive deals with hotels and DMCs
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with hotel partners
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new hotel partners and destinations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product quality and competitiveness
  • Monitor performance and resolve contract-related issues promptly
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel contracting (preferably outbound/GCC markets)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations and hotel chains
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contracting tools
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Based in UAE or open to relocation
