• Greet customers and assist with inquiries at the checkout counter
• Scan products, process payments (cash, card, wallet), and issue receipts
• Ensure accurate billing and handle returns or exchanges as per policy
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter
• Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
• Ensure pricing is accurate and promotional offers are applied correctly
• Follow loss prevention procedures and report discrepancies
• Work with other team members to stock shelves or assist during rush hours
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic complaints
