A healthcare technology provider is seeking a Project Manager to lead upgrade projects across the Middle East. The successful candidate will manage the Services team, ensure project readiness, and drive quality outcomes in upgrade delivery. The role requires proven program management experience in healthcare software, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with clinical systems. A Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred. This position is key in facilitating communication and accountability between teams, ensuring feature adoption post-upgrade.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Services Team delivering upgrades and patches.
• Maintain oversight of the full upgrade queue.

• Ensure upgrades are delivered to a high standard.
