This is a group-level leadership role, working closely with the CEO and Board, responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s overall strategic agenda, driving growth, transformation, and long-term value creation across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group strategy, enterprise planning, and performance management across businesses.
