About the Role

We are building a high-potential real estate brokerage startup in Dubai with a clear vision to scale rapidly and become a market leader. We are looking for a Head of Sales who can build, lead, and scale the sales function from the ground up.

This role is for a hands-on sales leader—someone who has done it before: built sales strategies, hired and managed teams, closed deals, and driven strong revenue growth in_SYSTEM
