Job description

Are you passionate about driving high-growth strategies in the cryptocurrency mining space Do you excel at building and scaling sales teams across diverse regions EMCD is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales Mining MENA to lead the regional expansion of our mining pool and turnkey mining solutions.

This role will be instrumental in achieving growth targets in the MENA region and in establishing EMCD as a trusted leader in a highly fragmented and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to MENA countries.
  • Develop localized value propositions for mid-size mining operations enterprise clients and infrastructure providers.
  • Build inbound sales funnels through strategic partnerships with resellers and ecosystem stakeholders.

Team Development

  • Hire train and lead a high-performance regional sales team across target markets.
  • Set clear KPIs and provide continuous coaching to drive hashrate and product sales.
  • Create a results-driven collaborative sales culture.

Client and Partner Management

  • Establish and grow relationships with miners hardware vendors hosting providers and partners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding and addressing operational needs.
  • Negotiate complex technical partnerships and enterprise agreements.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor MENA market trends client behavior and competitive dynamics.
  • Track and report KPIs including connected hashrate client retention and revenue.
  • Represent EMCD at industry events conferences and regional forums.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Align with product marketing and finance teams to ensure sales strategy fits product roadmap and brand positioning.
  • Incorporate client and market feedback into strategic decisions.
  • Drive product-market fit and adoption of the Complex solution in MENA.

Requirements:
