About the Role

The Head of Region plays a pivotal role in defining and driving commercial strategies across multiple markets. Acting as a bridge between leadership and frontline teams, this role transforms market insights into actionable strategies that inform decision-making at the highest level.

Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Business Intelligence teams, the HoR ensures that local expertise and real-world data are integrated into market plans, product direction, and business priorities. This is a senior strategic position, designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can turn complex challenges into clear opportunities.

The right candidate will bring sharp commercial acumen, strong analytical skills, and a holistic understanding of how to build sustainable growth in diverse and fast-moving regions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Account Management teams by capturing deep local knowledge and structuring it into commercial strategies, product feedback, and market recommendations.
  • Build structured processes and decision frameworks that transform anecdotal market insights into repeatable, data-informed inputs for senior management and product teams.
  • Define and coordinate regional commercial strategies across Slots and Live Casino in collaboration with internal stakeholders; support implementation across relevant functions.
  • Lead development of scalable approaches for evaluating and prioritizing new tools, features, and game concepts—combining frontline feedback with quantitative market research.
  • Support the transformation of game design ideation into a more structured, insight-driven process, ensuring product concepts are both locally relevant and commercially sound.
  • Develop operator-level strategies to convert indirect integrations (e.g., resellers, aggregators) into direct partnerships, working cross-functionally to plan and implement transitions.
  • Coordinate regular reviews of RTP settings, rev share rates, and pricing to ensure competitiveness and consistency across operators.
  • Maintain and update a monthly top-game list per market, identifying performance trends and supporting prioritization of promotional focus.
  • Monitor and escalate issues related to fake games and manipulation in the region, collaborating with internal teams to drive countermeasures.
  • Drive ongoing optimization of operator lobbies (Slots and Live Casino), working with Account Managers to improve visibility, categorization, and enablement.
  • Continuously review and suggest improvements to the Live Casino experience including dealer mix, UI / UX, table usage, and feature set.
  • Conduct structured competitor and client analysis to track positioning and market share development across key markets and products.
  • Lead planning and implementation of country-specific initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent rollout.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging shifts in player behavior, proposing strategy updates where appropriate.
  • Ensure high-potential game launches are properly briefed, prioritized, and supported across all relevant markets and functions.

  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to question decisions (including one’s own) and adapt strategies as market dynamics evolve.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies at market level.
  • Deep understanding of Slot and Live Casino products and operational mechanics.
  • Commercially astute with demonstrated experience in market strategy, pricing, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven experience working in Asian markets and with Asian business cultures; ability to adapt strategies and build effective relationships in diverse contexts.
  • Excellent communication skills and business-level fluency in English.
  • Mandarin fluency is an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with strong initiative and ownership.
