Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Business Ops, or Strategy Execution.
• Background in physical operations: mobility, delivery, logistics, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams (5–20+ people).
• Deep experience with process documentation, automation, and AI tools.
• Familiar with OKRs, KPIs, and cross-functional syncs.
• Exceptional communication skills—clear, calm, structured.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across hubs for high-functioning environments.
• Set and track Ops team OKRs and KPIs.
• Operationalize the client journey from onboarding to engagement.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and hub documentation.
• Run weekly and monthly performance reviews.
