About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Head of Education to spearhead learning and development initiatives at one of the leading charity foundations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the development of the current higher education and education units under the foundation by building a high-performance culture through innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive education and training strategy aligned with the foundations overall business objectives.

Design and deliver engaging and impactful learning programs across all the colleges and schools under the foundation.

Identify current and future training needs nationally and develop programs and innitiatives to address these needs.

Build and lead a high-performing team of learning and development professionals.

Develop and manage the education and training budget effectively.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in learning and development.

Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience with learning management systems (LMS).

Data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness.
