We are seeking an experienced Hard Services Senior Manager to lead our Hard Services Division and ensure that all facilities, equipment, and attractions operate at peak performance. This leadership position plays a critical role in maintaining our building-wide systems—including HVAC, electrical, civil, plumbing, firefighting, kitchen equipment, irrigation, stormwater, gas systems, and more.
You will oversee daily maintenance operations, major technical projects, preventive maintenance programs, contractor performance, asset management, and compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards. This role also involves managing budgets, optimizing costs, and ensuring an exceptional environment for both colleagues and guests.
