A luxury hotel in the UAE is seeking a customer-focused Concierge to provide excellent service to guests. The role involves assisting with reservations, booking tours, and recommending local attractions, ensuring a smoothly run Concierge department. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Hospitality or Tourism and at least 1 year of hotel operations experience, along with strong communication skills.
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Concierge is responsible to assist with any concierge related services such as restaurant reservation, booking city tours, recommending tourist spots and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge department within the Rooms Division.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
