Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly manner.
• Engage each guest and listen attentively.
• Assist guests in making purchases.
• Manage queue lanes and entrances.
• Sell tickets and retail products.
• Collect payments via various methods.
• Balance cash register.
• Maintain knowledge of ongoing promotions.
• Provide information to guests.
• Upsell and cross-sell products.
• Arrange and maintain product displays.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns.
• Manage lost and found counter.
• Conduct guest surveys.
• Ensure guest safety in emergencies.
• Work outdoors in extreme weather.
• Achieve promotional targets.
• Assist with inventory.
• Perform other required tasks.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift items and climb ladders.
