Job summary

A prominent hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Hospitality Auditor to ensure consistent delivery of brand standards across locations. Responsibilities include conducting Experience Quality audits, documenting findings objectively, and providing support for standardization. • Conduct Experience Quality audits using approved EQ checklists.
• Document findings clearly and issue reports within 24–48 hours.
• Verify the completion of corrective actions during follow-up visits.
• Support management in identifying service gaps and guest pain points.
• Ensure FOH manuals and SOPs are followed and accessible.
