Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and attentive guest experience at reception.
• Greet, host, and assist visitors, ensuring a smooth and positive interaction.
• Monitor and respond to the shared reception email inbox.
• Manage incoming calls, messages, and scheduling enquiries.
• Coordinate with Office Services Assistants on hospitality tasks and visitor support.
• Support internal events, social activities, and firmwide hospitality.
• Perform a variety of ad‑hoc tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and reception area appearance.
