Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience within the hospitality industry.
• Strong relationship with guests and internal customers.
• Familiarity with Marriott Bonvoy Program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out all guests using the CID system.
• Monitor discrepancies in PMS and CID system.
• Act as a liaison between hotel and local authorities.
